Look what Cathie Wright (HR and Development Manager) for Golden Wonder has to say about Management Perspectives?
"The Management Perspectives framework has enabled us (Golden Wonder) to focus upon the core skills and key competencies that we look for in 'best practice' managers. The way in which the reports are written and the feedback is given encourages managers to think about their own personal development needs, which is one of the Golden Wonder values. We will be looking to repeat the 360 degree exercise (Management Perspectives) as a means of evaluating the Management Development programmes that we will be delivering in 2006" |
