Liam Linacre

Liam is the founder and Director of Business Edge (Europe) and Agents for Change specialising in leadership development, executive coaching and quality assurance for large multi nationals and SME’s. More recently, he is an active member a team of consultants who deliver innovative learning solutions; more creatively, more thoughtfully and more responsively than anybody else. 

Whether it is the development and delivery of Graduate Programme for Royal Mail PLC, or helping an SME business who is aspiring to adopt High Performance Working practices – Liam’s commitment to successfully unlocking potential is consistent. 

Liam was one of the first practitioners in the world to guide an organisation to the Platinum Investor In People standard in 2016 and in 2019, he was a finalist in the Investors In People Awards for practitioner of the year and subsequently won the awards in 2020.

Before starting his own business in 2000, he was actively involved within the business community in the North West, was a Professional Advisor for the “Learning Zone” educational TV production companies and was the first Business Advisor in Manchester to achieve the "Technology Means Business" Qualification . 

Liam is currently studying an MBA, is an accredited practitioner of the MBTI psychometric test, an NLP practitioner and an accredited specialist and trainer for Investors In People & ISO standards
