We were delighted when RMG asked us to take a fresh look at their Graduate Development Programme Involving up to 150 graduates a year, on a two-year programme, spanning five modules and three work placements, RMG takes seriously the development of its future leadership talent and we were determined to create something amazing for them

We started by completely re-thinking what the graduate experience needed to be, weaving together strands of leadership development, influencing skills, change management and personal efficacy

With bespoke simulations, actors, drumming, orienteering and an organisational raid, this development programme is without parallel
