Mark Wright

Mark was Head of Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion at accountancy firm, EY and had previously established a leadership career in the UK arts sector. Mark has always been passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals, teams and organisations. and continues to be involved in all stages of the design and delivery journey. Over the last fifteen years, he has led development programmes across the world with the express intention of keeping things personal, creative and memorable.
